I started out as a Theatre Designer, having trained at St Martin’s School of Art and Wimbledon School of Art. My theatre design career quickly morphed into a career as an interior designer in London, and then into the business world, where my creativity has been put to good use in becoming a published author and creating award-winning personal development courses.
Studies in stained glass with Rod Friend at Starlight Studios in Stroud, and at Bristol School of Art, along with more recent teaching and support from such renowned contemporary artists as Patrick Jones and Sandy Brown, have enriched my creative work, enabling me to greatly develop my painting and stained glass practice.
I have exhibited regularly and much of my work is on permanent exhibition at North Devon Hospice. The Hospice needs to raise over £4.5 million every year to keep providing their care and they completely rely on the generous support of the public to raise this. For more information on their work visit www.northdevonhospice.org.uk or call 01271 344248.
I also run popular hands-on courses/workshops. Click here to see all of my currently running courses. My work is described as being ‘contemporary, striking and memorable’.
